Our Products are one-time purchase digital spreadsheet tools designed for financial tracking and analysis. They are compatible with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel as specified on each product page.

4.2 Purchasing

All product purchases are processed through our payment provider, Lemonsqueezy. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemonsqueezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.3 Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically following successful payment. You will receive access to download your product via the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in some circumstances.

4.4 Consumer Rights and Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content.
• By downloading or accessing the digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the cooling-off period, as the digital content will have been fully supplied.
• If the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded.

4.5 Refund Policy

If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@techlake.co within 30 days of purchase. We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a full refund or replacement.

5. Consulting Services

5.1 Scope of Services

Consulting services (IT Consulting, Data Consulting, Solutions Architecture, and IT Project Development) are provided based on individually agreed scopes of work. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work before services commence.

5.2 Professional Standards

We will provide consulting services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with generally accepted professional standards in the IT industry.

5.3 Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and reasonable access to systems and personnel as required for us to deliver the agreed services.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the underlying code, is the property of TechLake or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.

6.2 Product Licence

When you purchase a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use that Product for your own business or personal use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product.
• Share your copy with third parties or make it available for download.
• Modify the Product for the purpose of redistribution.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.

You may modify the Product for your own internal use (e.g., adding custom categories or adjusting formulas for your needs).

6.3 Consulting Deliverables

Intellectual property rights in consulting deliverables will be as specified in the relevant statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Products or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.

• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel - Our Products are designed to work with these platforms. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, power failures, or internet disruptions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
